Lovely staff, always friendly and welcoming and trying to do the best by my animals

I am speechless at the behaviour of a nurse by the name of Claire whilst speaking on the telephone with her. I asked if the call was being recorded and she replied no and carried on being rude and offensive. At the end of the day my dog is in pain and does not appear to be getting better, all I asked for was help understanding the root of the problem, then to be asked (sarcastically) why we left our previous vets, were we unhappy with them too. (If any of my staff had spoken to a client in this manner, I would see that as my error for not recognising the lack of training as when you take a call in your place of work you are representing and speaking on behalf of the company. My girls always treated clients with respect and if a client was upset, the girls would use their training to behave in a professional manner and work to a win win scenario not inflame the situation) Claire then went on to say if you don't like the way I am speaking to you

We travelled an hour with our cat and when we arrived they had all our details and we were offered a cuppa which was very welcome indeed. The staff were absolutely fantastic, very friendly, kept us up to date on how they were doing as they were busy and cover a very wide area out of normal working hours. I wish they were closer, I’d use them as my regular vets.

Was very panicky/upset when my cat was in desperate need of medical attention, fortunately they were able to see him straight away! The lady at reception was very kind and helpful. Unfortunalty our cat didn't make it and had to be put to sleep. We have just received a lovely sympathy card from the team which is such a thoughtful thing for them to do. Thankyou

I have used this veterinary surgery for more than 9 years now and can honestly say have always had great service from both the reception staff and the vets and today was no exception.Tests were done on my dog and from start to finish the vet Monika Kurczych was just brilliant. Monika was so informative and explained the process and her findings in a professional, kind and understanding manner. Her gentle, calm approach towards my very nervous dog reassured me and him, he was in safe hands.I would definitely recommend Pet Doctors Tongham.

How do you write a review about losing your best friend? I am usually very good with words, but now I am speechless. All I can think of is saying thank you to Cloud 9 vets for taking good care of Sam at the end.

My ancient Mastiff visited today. Needs xrays to rule out the big C. I am in pieces yet the vet was brilliant as were the reception staff. Diagnostic treatment will wipe out my savings yet love my dogsavings..Today 11 11 22 My gorgeous Dog was put down, I was with her as she breathed her last. Staff were brilliant, professional and compassionate. The care that they took of my dog (and myself in grief) was on another level. Very Very grateful. Thank you people.

Absolutely amazing staff.They gave the best care to the kitten I rescued. They battled to save her. Unfortunately she passed away.I will be internally grateful for them being so compassionate, professional and caring.

Fantastic staff looked after our very sick old dog.

We took our newly adopted cat to Goddard this weekend for a general health check and had a great experience - Beccy was great with our cat, and was incredibly patient with us and happily answered our endless questions, whilst also giving us great recommendations for food, supplements, etc.We won’t be taking our cat anywhere but Goddard now!
