Losing our little guy was, and is, heartbreaking. Cloud 9 Vets helped us in part by understanding our sorrow and loss in a deep way. The vet helped us by the calm, gentle, loving way she approached our dog, explained every step she would be taking, and allowed us time with him afterward. She understood the depth of our grief. I'm grateful that she was there, and I'm grateful that he died in our arms, in the comfort of his home. Thank you.

My cat had a malignant cyst and after a couple of unsuccessful surgeries we had to consider the worst outcome. After some time it was apparent we had to say goodbye to her and spare her from the pain. The vets were kind, caring and very professional.
