The new refurbishment is so, so nice, new Bakery, self serving till, cards, flower shop and a click and collect kisoks. The new self serving till are very easy to use. Sarah who works there is amazing. We had a chat for about 20 minutes at the end lol. Sarah’s very nice and she very good at customer service. I think this might be my new favourite M&S. just one downside is because the cafe has gone there’s no more customer toilets but still 5 stars.

Reasonable quantity of food, parking can be busy. Don't try and call by phone because you will hit a switchboard in another country. Quick service on tills, self service is not good. Clean and well maintained.

Normal M&S quility vast amounts of goods provided prices just as good as other established food outlets but just a little up market

I must say that I love shopping at this M&S and I make it a point to go here at least once a week to do my food shopping! This is such a classy store and that’s what makes it different from other supermarkets! From their bakery to their flower shop to their dairy products to their fruit & veg, everything is lovely and of excellent quality that I expect! Even the cafe is lovely and the staff are so nice and friendly too and always have lovely smiling faces! Thanks M&S!

Food is amazing, even the ready meals actually taste great, a bit more expensive than the supermarkets but definitely worth it. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Was dreading my Christmas shop. It was brilliant. Pre-booked shopping slot, loads of stock, not crowded and no queue at the till. Staff so helpful as always. Thank you M&S wouldn't cope without you
