DO NOT USE THESE HAIRDRESSERS! I booked for a hair cut, and then I called to ask if it would be possible to also get my hair coloured, I was told that’s okay, just that two different people will do the colour and cut, I thought that was alright. I turned up and showed them the picture I wanted included in the photos, but as can see I got something completely different. After the colour was done the person who was to cut my hair came over and said I was booked wrong and he wouldn’t have time to do what I wanted for the cut, something I was not told before this point! Then he told me he would do the best he can, as you can see his best is not that good. When I complained and his manager Sara came over and said that the photo I had had layers and my hair didn’t and when asked of the stylists why is there no layers he said I didn’t want them, although he had not asked me at all anything about layers, I assumed he would know as I said I want the hair cut in the picture. So the manager told me she would book me in another day when they had time for a free hair cut to give me the one I wanted. The next day she called me and said that now I had to come and pay for the hair cut and they would not do this for free! According to consumer rights Act 2015 they should have done this at their own cost which they refused to do! I am not happy at all!

can’t speak highly enough of this salon. Salon M is the definition of perfection when it comes to haircutting and coloring. I’ve been getting compliments daily as a result of the Great hair style I have been given thank you very much Sarah, she’s an absolute magician very professional and made me feel $1 million I would recommend to anyone Who wants an amazing hairstyle and to feel absolutely amazing

Great experience, all staff were welcoming. Lucy was especially helpful when helping me decide how i wanted my hair coloured and styled. I Would definitely recommend and will be returning in the future.

I have always had a great experience when it comes to my hair. I am probably a hairdressers worst nightmare, going dark to blonde to red to blonde etc, but nothing is ever a problem here. My hairdresser Liam is always realistic about what I can achieve. I also have my extensions done here and having used extensions for 18 years I can confidently say they are the best I have used. The salon is a bright open space and has a friendly atmosphere

This lovely lot squeezed me in last minute for a highlight and haircut before an interview I had the other week. So kind of them to help me on such short notice and the quality of my highlights, toner and haircut speak for themselves - my interviewer complimented my hair and I got the job!

Been coming for over a year to Salon M! Lucy always does an incredible job to my hair. She makes me feel so comfortable, welcoming, she’s so chatty and funny. Just an absolutely lush person! Always goes above and beyond with my hair and always leave the salon with a smile on my face. Would 100% recommend xx

First time visiting this salon and will definitely be back. A really lovely welcome and vibe from all the staff. I had a cut and balayage from Michelle who is fabulous - really skilled at what she does and incredibly friendly. Very happy with my hair and the whole experience. Thank you!
