Carlton Cattery

Very pleased with the way my cat was looked after for 5 days. Friendly people and accommodating.Highly recommend using this Cattery.

I went away for one week and called up two days before I came back to check how she was doing. They told me she had a cyst behind her ear and asked if I had noticed it when I gave her in. I said honestly no". When I called up on the day to pick her up they said she needed to go to the vet. Which made me worried. Then I turned up for her to be covered in pus and blood and be in pain meowing. Rushed her to the vets and they said it was an infected abscess and that they had to operate. Lily has only just got better from all of this and I regret not documenting anything as I was too focused on getting her better. Really would not recommend this place that they would leave my cat in such a state. There is NO WAY that she was only like that the moment that I came to pick her up. The vets said they were shocked by how she was. I drove her straight to the vets from there. I wish I had said or done something before but this review is all I can do now really so here it is."

Fred is always super friendly and our cats come home looking as if they have had a good holiday.
