When placing my order over the phone staff were really cheerful, friendly and helpful. Although they can't give a time for delivery, they went out of their way to work around a time that was good for me. I got a courtesy call to inform me that they were on their way. Excellent customer care goes a long way with me and am very satisfied with this company. Items I ordered are of a good standard and are very good value for money. Definitely wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I strongly recommend this place. Besides having there everything you need, and in good quality, the staff is the best people. They helped me with something, and it isn't taken for granted!

Ordered an item and selected next day delivery and a week later still never recieved my item, so went elsewhere to buy it and asked for a refund. However the company replied and said they didn't have the item in stock and would send it when they had it in stock although I specifically said that I got the item somewhere else and wanted a refund. So it took 2 weeks for the company to deliver the item and now I'm expected to pay to send it back for a refund. Would not recommend ordering from this company, their customer service is shocking and they're not worth the 1 star that I had to give them, won't be ordering from them again.

What an amazing selection of tools. Tools of the highest standard. Not the cheapest. But you definitely get what you pay for.Also a great selection of fixing, fasteners and electrical accessories. The staff are friendly and very willing to help and give advice.

It's been here for years and years...and one can see why. They have pretty much everything one could want in DIY and household. I am forever amazed by the wide range of products held over a floor space that's not that big!! Hopefully they'll be here for a good few years yet!
