Paid £15 for a diagnosis test, which was supposed to take 3-5 days. 2 week later I get a call to say they can't fix it because they don't have the parts. Total con having to pay in the first place.

Took my phone to have it’s screen and button fixed, at first she said she had no white buttons but would put a black one in and replace it on the weekend when I said no thanks I’ll go else where she then suddlenly already had a white button in her hand, go to collect my phone an low and behold the white button doesn’t work and I end up having to have the black button anyway. Get home sort my phone out, touch screen is jumpy and the front camera was then blurry.Go on the weekend for the button replaced and mention the camera, she muttered ‘oh no not again..’ Implying it’s happened before, yes?? and buttons still not arrived and told to go back Monday.Go Monday, bloke on the till, tells me no buttons have arrived and if I want my camera fixed he will charge £25. But does fix the touch screen button. Told him I wasn’t happy with the service and left. He put on the till notes that I was aggressive, not true I had my baby with me but yes I was annoyed.Go Wednesday for my button to be replaced back to white and the woman replaced it but st the same time disabled my phone which then had to be connected to iTunes and then asked if I had a laptop to sort it and when we replied yes she says ‘oh good because I wouldn’t want to charge you to turn it back on!’ Well you shouldn’t anyway since you did it! Go home sort the phone out and the white button doesn’t work and I’m left with no working phone.Go Thursday to tell her it didn’t work, she assumes loose connection but wasn’t, NO BUTTONS IN STORE. Still left without a working phone.Finally, the next day, 8 DAYS after my first visit I had a fully working phone. Minus a front camera. I should have been able to lead the store the same day with my phone in working order.Not really even worth the 1 star and seriously considering contacting trading standards.

Took my husbands phone as the screen was broken was told it would be a week to 2 weeks left a £10 deposit, 4 weeks later a lady rang to say there was nothing wrong with the charging port and that the screen was broken and was it ok to go head and order one we were quite annoyed as this was what it was send in for 4 weeks befor so we said yes and another 2 weeks later a lady rung up to give us an up date telling us the phone was been boosted basically charge cos it was flat no surprise they had it 6 weeks. So now today we have rung again and now they cant fix the screen and there something wrong with the memory chip witch wasnt befor hand just a crack screen what a joke of a shop.

My son bought an iPhone charger from here which then broke after a month. Tried to get a refund as they sold with 12 months warranty. Was told he broke the wire, and no refund!Went to the apple shop and advised the wire was fake. Then had to go back after telling them it was fake, finally got refund.

The Ladie that works there is Useless!My phone needed a new screen, which cost ridicules amount of money an that was included a Screen protector.She had it done in 40mins, when I arrived home I realised that. When I was on snapchat, my front camera wasn’t working.I went back second day an she managed to repair it in 30mins.Following days I was taking a selfie in a position where the front camera facing toward me an layed on my back.The screen fell out! I know it sounds stupid but it did, an it landed on floor. As soon as I picked it up it was cracked an all ribbon cables were torn, the parts was that cheap the Screen protector even couldn’t save the screen.As I was investigating how the screen manage to pop out, the Useless women that repaired my phone, didn’t even put the screws in were the screen gets hold.Avoid going to this place!I payed over £80 for cheap ServiceWhich I could’ve got much better somewhere else.

Professional and great service, I got my iPhone 7 speakers repaired and serviced fast instead of replacing the speakers. As a result I saved 40 pounds. Other shops were telling me to replace speakers when that was not the case. I am very happy with the work they done on my phone.

Absolutely amazing service, went in with a cracked screen and this lovely lady called Lorraine was the best of help, she changed my screen whilst I was shopping. Service with a smile, I will definitely be going back. Thank you so much Lorraine x

Went in to get my IPhone fixed, I found this place was much cheaper than the city centre and my phone was fixed in under half an hour. The staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. I left as a satisfied customer.

Bought a new phone got it home it did not work, took it back to shop gave me another new phone, after a week this stopped working. went back to the shop they told me it was the chip what they had already tested, so i told him it was not and to try another chip, he said he was too busy to try another chip and i would have to leave the phone and come back later. it only takes two minutes to check a chip is working in a phone, very bad service do not use. I told him i was going to leave a bad review on google but this did not bother him.

My son bought what he thought was a genuine apple iPhone charger from this store in June 2018. The packaging said genuine iPhone charger for £18.99.In less than a month the charger stop working. We returned it to the shop only to be told by some girl called Chloe that we could not get a refund even though we had the receipt and Chloe had told my son at the time that it had a 12 month warranty.She accused us of breaking the wire although there was nothing wrong with the wire and told us she could not give us a refund, exchange or credit note. She also assured us it was a genuine apple iPhone charger. She also refused to let us speak to the manager.We left the shop and went straight to the apple shop in Trinity centre only to be told by a technician that the charger was fake, not an authentic apple iPhone charger.We then called Chloe to tell her she sold my son a fake charger and passed it off as genuine. We threatened to call trading standards and its only after this and further discussion that she agreed to refund the £18.99.What a mess about, poor customer service and they sell goods which are fake and deceive the public by passing it off as genuine, then when there is a problem they don't want to remedy the issue but yet have the cheek to call themselves phone doctor"I would not recommend anyone to buy from this shop if this is how they deal with people
