I order from here quite often from Deliveroo because I have been poorly and cannot always get out.In store is fine but via Deliveroo I find that my delivery has had missing items that I have been charged for on more than once occasion and then I have to go through the hassle of emailing Deliveroo. It can be very annoying, especially when you are feeling physically weak.Ps adding 2 stars to my review as ordered from Argos to pick up from here today and a good and easy experience.

Walked in the store the other morning just to hear store manager shouting at other Asian staff in their language.I felt so uncomfortable and walked out. This shop has deteriorated recently and I am not going to shop here no more.

As an American revert to Islam their are no halal food available in the store, their are no American sweets in the world food section. Very limited, all chicken and meat is non halal, really need to bring this items in, staff are nice and helpful, range of products are poor

This shop is a joke now, wasn't this bad back few years ago, change in management ruined the store. Old colleagues were very nice funny, used to converse in with the customers. Now it's rubbish, a disgrace.After 2020 I don't know what happened it's rubbish now.

Limited selection of items, particularly for cooking from scratch. Alcohol takes up a sizable section of the store. Overall, feels dirty and the self-checkouts often have issues.

Absolutely horrible customer service from their customer manager, how does one keep a job speaking to customers in that manner, her name is Shannon clearly their is a problem with the management team, sainsburys please investigate or move her from. This store, she absolutely discriminates oneone with disability, she laughed at my nephew who had downs syndrome also she kept making faces at us, is it because we are Asian.. I tried to contact the store, a lady kept answering and refusing to take any action. I am certain the person answering the phone was Shannon.

Great experience.. especially Mr.sreenath, very amazing person and good attitude towards customer. Please sainsbury pay this guy 35£ per hour.

Open at convenient times, but has a member of staff who is quite rude. They'd make a crack about my girlfriends age in the past and have since accused me of jumping the queue. Never have any issues elsewhere so not sure why it's tolerated.

Almost none to help in shop, always empty trolley in the way, parcels of food, etc. Not a good customer service, nor do they accept cash most of the time. If you can, avoid it, is a hassle and not a pleasant experience!
