Fantastic place, very professional and accommodating people

I had a solar system installed by Eclipse Energy in early October 2022. I had gotten 3 separate quotes from companies, and Eclipse came in at the cheapest, even though they used better panels than one of the other companies that quoted me.A great guy called Mark visited me to survey my property and was very knowledgeable. He gave me tips and advice on the best system to install, so I took his advice and got the exact system that he suggested.I had 13 solar panels installed, along with a 5.2kw battery storage.The scaffolders came the morning of my install, they were quick and basically invisible. Really nice lads and great at their job.The electrician (Drew) and roofer (Matt) arrived later that day and got on with the install. Both were incredibly friendly and took time out of their work to explain to me exactly what they were doing. I asked question after question and always got answers. Even though they were busy, they never rushed me and always took their time talking to me and explaining things. They cleaned everything up and took away all packaging.It took then 2 days to complete the work (longer than expected, but this was due to awful weather, me asking so many questions and the complexity of the wires). They made sure the wires look neat and tidy, going above and beyond by straightening a wire, even though I said it didn't bother me in the slightest. They really do take pride in their work!I received all my warranties and certificates via email, a few days after the install was completed. The solar system itself has saved me around £25 in just a week, which is more than I anticipated, especially in a gloomy October.I will happily recommend Eclipse Energy for solar panel installs!Extra shout out to Faye and Wayne for putting up with my constant emails and having the patience to answer any extra questions I had!

Been using these guys for years, just never occurred to me to give a review before. Always found them helpful and dependable, competitively priced on new work and servicing too. They recently helped us in a jam, so grateful thanks to Jack, Sara and Claire. Totally professional and a pleasure to deal with. All the best for 2019!
