Having trawled through a fair few bars in York recently, Ziggy's is by far the most pleasant experience I've had in one. The lady who served me and my friends was lovely (Jessica, if I've got that right) even despite the fact that we had to shout to even have a chance to be heard over the music :D4/5 would party again!

Can’t recommend this place enough. Fantastic rock nights, a huge variety of events for all walks of life and the staff are soo lovely! The building itself is beautiful. It’s lovely to see it back up and running after it’s renovation :)

I attended the Ziggy’s event ‘Indie Night’ last night and in the ladies bathrooms there were NO bins for sanitary products and I informed staff members who were aware of this and seemed uninterested in the issue. Not very feminist at all. I will not be returning until this issue is resolved.
