Sandra is amazing with all dogs, a total dog whisperer. She took her time to get to know teddy making him feel at ease and excited with plenty of treats and cuddles. She’s lovely and her work is amazing. The cabin is lovely also! I would highly recommend to anyone! Xx

I do not actually know where to start! Sandra is just a truly wonderful human being! As a fellow groomer she has helped me so much, always at the end of the phone, always so supportive, her advise is second to none. I aspire to be as amazing as Sandra. One incredible lady x

Nugget has always been rather nervous of any new situation, she hates having her feet and tail touched, hair brushed or even the click that scissors or nail clippers make so I never thought id ever be able to get her tidied up. Any attempt resulted in a growly princess and nothing much doing. Sandra was fab though, she took the time to make friends with Nugget, allowed her to relax with gentle play and lots of encouragement, bit by bit managed to tidy my little girl up. Can’t believe how easy she made it look and how good Nugget was for her. I’d highly recommend her, even if you have a nervous dog. Archie was much more relaxed but needed a little tidy up too Thank you Sandra

So happy I found a groomer like Sandra! She is so patient with my golden retriever as she can be very nervous of new people. Sandra has taken the time to get to know Molly and moves at Mollys pace, eliminating any anxiety from both myself and Molly. Sandra has also provided me with such helpful advice.The environment is very calming and Molly has the freedom to roam about at her leisure without the use of restraints. I definitely rate and recommend Ziggys!

Sandra was absolutely fantastic and would highly recommend. My Bella has always been very anxious and wary of the groomers and Sandra was so patient and gentle with her. Sandra goes the extra mile and give her time to get to know Bella first and put myself and Bella at ease. I’ve never known my Bella be excited to go to the groomers it was so reassuring and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

My dog, George is an almost three Cockapoo. George is very intelligent, affectionate and loves to play with everyone, especially Sandra!Sandra has taken care of George's grooming since he was a puppy and he absolutely loves going to Ziggy's to have his hair done. Unfortunately all George wants to do is play. This has become such an ordeal for us all that I had to speak to my vet for advice. The vet prescribed a mild sedative and fortunately it worked! Still very playful and it still took Sandra and me to keep George still while she cut George's hair.Sandra is the most wonderful lady, she clearly loves animals especially dogs and she has the patience of a saint.I wouldn't take George to anyone else.

Absolutely amazing!! Sandra is a perfectionist absolutely loves the dogs. My Sammy hated his paws touched within a couple of weeks he was letting Sandra cut his nails. Sandra you have a gift thank you so much you go above and beyond, we look forward to many more nail cutting sessions

I’ve thought long and hard about the words I can write about our grooming experience with Sandra. But there are no words sufficient enough to describe what a truly amazing person she is. I must admit that I was a bit anxious about bringing my puppy to get groomed for the first time because she’s one of those fearful dogs who’s frightened of her own shadow. Sandra suggested a ‘desensitisation’ visit so that Rosie could get familiar with her surroundings before any grooming took place. By the end of the visit Rosie was strutting around like a queen bee, totally at ease. But it wasn’t just Rosie Sandra was ‘desensitising’, I realised that I was totally at ease and relaxed too. What a revelation.We then came for our puppy groom a couple of weeks later. Rosie literally raced up the path to greet Sandra and confidently jumped onto the grooming table for her groom. Sandra was supportive and encouraging, going at Rosie’s pace so that there was never a moment of fear, only curiosity and enjoyment. I have absolutely no qualms bringing my little furball back. Thank you Sandra, 5 stars doesn’t do you justice!!!!!

Ziggys was recommended to me by my dog walker. my dog is anxious and has had some bad experiences with other groomers. Sandy was just brilliant with Ted when we met and explained his issues. I had immediate confidence that together we can work to make grooming a positive experience for him!
