I've emailed this place twice in the past week asking a simple question about an expensive item (£699) they are showing as in stock before I make an order or travel several hours there but they do not respond. So unfortunately my experience with them has to be rated 1-star.

This has to be the best model shop I have dealt with over the nine years that I have been modelling. The staff are friendly professional and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who comes into the hobby. All these trucks have had the accessories on them bought from Astec Models, plus I have had about 8 complete truck kits from Jonathan. So what I am saying is go to Astec Models for all your rc requirements you won’t be sorry.
