Susan was very helpful. Gave me all the information I needed on the grooming parlour which was closed as it was Sunday. Then I asked about dog food for my elderly sensitive Jack Russell and she went through a few options with me. Made a recommendation and then adviced me further on how they work with returns if the food is unsuitable and that they give the rest of the food to animal shelters. Overall a very pleasant experience!

My dog loves this place. She pulls towards the shop and insist on getting inside. The staff ate friendly and helpful.

We brought the wrong sized harness for our cocker spaniel Bonnie and were really struggling to find the right size/design. We were greeted by one of the staff members Bobby, he kindly tried a few sizes/styles on Bonnie until we found the correct one! Great customer service and a real asset to the company, Thank you again Bobby!

I found all the staff very welcoming and very professional. They gave very helpful advice and tips.It was very encouraging to go to a pet store that actually knew all about their products!Definitely will recommend.

Lovely shop for pets. Always welcoming, offering treats to our dog whenever we walk in. They always have stock of everything we need for our very fussy cockapoo.

We recently visited this establishment for the first time to have our beloved cockapoo groomed. We were initially advised that the grooming process would require approximately 1.5 hours of time. However, to our surprise, less than an hour had passed when we received a call notifying us that our dog's grooming session was already completed. We were instructed to return promptly within 10 minutes to pick up our pet, or else we would incur a late fee.We kindly explained that it would take us a minimum of 15 minutes to reach the location, based on the estimated completion time we had been given. Regrettably, upon our arrival to collect our dog, we were 15 minutes behind the stipulated deadline and were subsequently charged a £10 late fee.Adding to our disappointment, we discovered that our dog had been inadvertently injured during the grooming process, causing her to bleed. Shockingly, we were not informed of this incident; instead, we had to raise the concern ourselves. The response we received was less than satisfactory: The groomer is on her lunch break - we won't have any information until she returns."Our overall experience left much to be desired

Popped in today for some flea & wormer for my kitties and was blow away with the customer service- Sue and Beth were literally so helpful and knowledgable. All their pet food is tried and tested and the staff have a brilliant understanding of the nutritional value. Their prices are very competitive and the store itself is very clean, bright and has a lot of variety. It will definitely be our go-to from now on.5/5 wouldn't hesitate to recommend

A big variety of snacks, toys, and bespoke food for your pets. It is a bit pricey, but you get what you paid for, and pets are happy. The place is almost next to Waitrose and a parking area is available. Accessible to people with wheelchair. Cash or card, both welcome. Staff are kind and helpful. A dog spa service is also available :)

Nicely laid out, clean and tidy. Staff appeared friendly and it is in a nice location. They had some cooler things for small animals like unique hide outs which I haven’t seen anywhere else and will definitely invest in soon and a cool tunnel/hammock that can be both which is soooo soft and lovely and my rat babies love it!** I’ve updated my review based on further information provided. I love companies who look after their staff well and I feel it is an injustice to places like this who struggle to compete with the huge retailers because they might not always be able to price match (duh *face palm* haha). This store is beautiful inside and this should also reflect on them positively, I’ve been reminded that cheaper isn’t always best, thank you **
