We bought our house 9 years ago. The boiler soon starting giving us problems, required constant top-ups, made kettling noises etc. We tried a few plumbers but had no luck until we called Ian. He kept the junk boiler going for another 4 years until we were ready for a new one. Ian recommended Baxi. It's now been 5 years since Ian installed our new boiler. I can only say that serviced annually it's been completely faultless. Happy customer!

Down to earth, we all still need energy to live, it's irresponsible to just close the refinery and import fuel from refineries abroad that don't care about emission and waste.While providing energy that the community needs at the lowest environment impact it could possibly get, buy us some time to get the technology that can solve the environment issue in the long run.Solent Cluster is another existing breakthrough to decarbonise our existing industries. Look forward to seeing more down-to-earth, real solution like this come out!

Ross and Rob came to the rescue when our boiler packed up this Thursday morning. My husband spoke to them and they arrived at 5.30pm that evening. They found the problem quickly and thankfully had a replacement heating pump in the van. They were very efficient, got the job finished quickly and were polite and knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend their services. We live in Woodbridge and although very busy, they fitted us in. It’s a 10 from me. Thanks again guys, Alison.

Absolute knight in shining armour! Came out to me within half an hour and fixed our broken boiler. Gave us priority as we had no heating and a very poorly daughter. Genuine, honest guy. Very reasonable and he also reassured us that the boiler still has life in it!!Great guy, 5 ⭐️ service. Extremely highly recommended. Many thanks

This company was great. They liaised with my roofer to remove a gas pipe that was in his way and refit it on the same day. The quote from Oliver was reasonable, he was professional. Gemma in the office was friendly and answered queries promptly and the engineer who came to do the work was upbeat and efficient.
