Postbox Supplier

Absolutely Appalling! We paid for a mail forwarding service. Most mail was lost and that mail that we did receive was mostly for other people. No invoices either. Steer clear!

I was looking for a mailbox provider as I am studying and I live abroad. I found Clyde Offices and they were very helpful in answering my questions. Very reasonably priced and would allow me to receive a few parcels. I highly recommend them and I will be using them for many years. The staff were very attentive and friendly.

Huge selection of packaging and some great gifts and cards at ridiculously good prices! Always great to support a local business too. Will be returning soon!

Bought the standard-sized standalone box and found it to be easy to mount on a wall and really solidly made. Very pleased with it so far, would recommend.

I purchased an exterior wall mounted post box for £180 from Total Safes and installed it 4 weeks ago. Since then I have been the subject of identity fraud and the thieves broke into the postbox to steal credit cards they had applied for. On inspection it became clear that anyone could break into this postbox by inserting a screwdriver at the top or the bottom of the door and levering it out as there is only one small lock in the middle. My local locksmiths said this was an inadequate lock for a door of this size. I rang Total Safes to find out how I could add extra security to the post box and spoke to the incredibly rude Operations Manager. She told me that it wasn't a safe and therefore these things would happen. I disagreed with this point and she put the phone down on me. Really unprofessional, avoid.

Great service from Defendapak - I use them for postal tubes, vinyl mailers (great for sending small prints) and most recently for some printed Kraft (plastic free) tape roll - great service and great product delivered swiftly.

So pleased with our box. It is brilliant.Our old post delivery box had been damaged and we needed a replacement. We were also looking for a solution to drivers who would press the intercom button, wait 20 seconds and leave. Now they put the smaller parcels safely in the box. It has allowed the delivery of many parcels and letters and we know they are secure.It has remained dry through very heavy rain. Not cheap though for how well it is made, not expensive either.

Good facilities, great staff and very competitive rates. Super service from all the people on site. We had a problem with a guttering leak in one of the units but the issue was sorted without any fuss or argument. Would use Super Storage again!
