The team at Alex Taylor were very helpful in getting the funeral arrangements just right for the funeral of our relative. At all stages they were very professional. From the first meeting discussing our requirements they guided us along the way, regularly making worthwhile suggestions. They listened to what we wanted and made further options or changes to give our relative a funeral the family and friends thought very fitting.They recommended the use the Reverend Robert Parry to conduct the service. Robert speaks Welsh and has a great singing voice which is something our dearly departed would have appreciated. Alex Taylor assisted with the Order of Service and a number of late changes we asked to be made were no problem to them.The funeral ran very smoothly, with Alex Taylor paying attention to the little details that showed they have the highest professional standards in their staff and in conducting such a difficult occasion for the family.

I couldn't thank Zoe from Yeatmans West Norwood enough. She helped arrange my Dad's funeral which was very hard for us. She made us feel at ease and was so helpful and compassionate. She helped pick out the best funeral packages which we had no experience of. Zoe chose the most excellent celebrant for Dad's service and it couldn't have gone more smoothly and efficiently on the day. Zoe has also been in constant contact with us throughout the whole process. Having lost quite a few loved ones over the years we have always used Yeatmans West Norwood so cannot recommend them highly enough.

Saw their car N9 NOH driving on wimborne Road West onto canford bottom yesterday (4th May) at 13:58 using their mobile phone holding it up to their face talking. Very silly in a sign written car especially as there are very good cameras on Canford bottom roundabout. What a great image for the company.... its 6 points and a £200 for a reason. Using a phone whilst driving kills, how ironic being a funeral company.

Following the passing of Louise Harper, myself, Andrew Harper and Rhona Aime would like to thank Davina and the entire staff at Alex Little for their kindness, support, knowledge and professionalism. From the very first telephone call we felt at ease, valued and among supportive people. Davina made what initially seemed an impossible feat the funeral my mum would have wanted. I cannot recommend the services of this company highly enough, particularly Davina. Nothing was ever too much trouble, her guidance was insightful and caring. Thank you all.

Right from the start to the very end the level of service we recieved was first class . Helen and the whole team made sure that we didn’t have to think or remember on the day of the funeral . The care and understanding was just what we needed to helpWith the whole process . I don’t want to do another family funeral anytime soon but if and when there is one , AHRogers and Sons will be whoI put my trust in .

Keith and Jen are warm, genuine people who are definitely in the right profession. They made us feel welcome, at ease, and listened to from the very first meeting. They are highly skilled and extremely professional, and dealt with myself and my sister in a respectful and compassionate way whilst planning and delivering our father's funeral. Nothing was too much trouble and the cost was extremely reasonable. We would recommend them unreservedly to other families seeking a caring and supportive funeral service.

Lillian and her staff were absolutely wonderful following the loss of my Dad - she arranged and organised everything to perfection, always returned phone calls personally, and was just a genuine lady. I can’t thank her enough for all she did for me and my family. Thank you Lillian.

Tracey and Sam were absolutely amazing. I really wanted someone who cared about mum and they really did. When we first met it was like talking to a friend and they were so interested in knowing about the family. They provided such a beautiful personal service, organising gorgeous flowers just to mums taste, lovely seed momentos and a wonderful photo tribute. They recommended and coordinated with an exceptional celebrant. All was so well thought out and sensitively organised. We could not thank them enough for the exceptional service at a very sad time. They organised such a beautiful sendoff which we will always be very grateful for. Thank you
