In 2020, Shayne and his Funeral services helped my family, I won't go into details as still very raw. But he helped to protect the family from too much pressure and went above and beyond funeral services. They left me feeling like a close friend who they do all they can to help.

Having just prearranged our funerals with Shayne and Susan, we where most impressed with the warmth and efficiency received. Everything was explained in simple terms that we could understand and everything was catered to our requirements. Overall a totally excellent experience. Losing a member of your family is always devastating.Shayne did his best to make us feel comfortable, supported and helped us navigate the steps of Granddad's funeral plan, helping us to create a special day in his memory that he would have been proud of. Organising a funeral for the first time is an extremely daunting experience after the loss of a loved one, but when I lost my father earlier in the year, Shane Stork ensured the process was carried out in a respectful, supportive, sympathetic manner with all organisation carried out by Shane that allowed my family and myself the time to grieve and remember my Dad. Shane was the director of a close friends sons funeral last year, who highly recommended him so was the natural selection when it came to my Fathers funeral.From the onset, Shane treated both my father and my family with the utmost respect and nothing we asked was too much trouble.My Dads coffin was adorned with several handprints of young grandchildren that didn't attend the funeral, and the numbers on each side of his coffin that was my dads car number from his banger racing days. These were placed perfectly without making his coffin look garish.The journey to Greenacres at Colney Wood in Norwich (which is equally as amazing as Shane for different reasons) was made fun like car journeys many of my family members had with my dad as kids. He used to drive multiple times around roundabouts making us laugh. Shane arranged for us to drive extra laps around 3 of the roundabouts on the way to the service bringing back and making a final treasured memory of my Dad.Myself and 2 other family members carried my Dad in and out of the service. This isn't something that can be rehearsed so was extremely daunting, but again, Shanes instruction on the day which was calm, clear and consise and his equally fantastic team of pall bearers enabled us to carry this out without any mishaps.After a late delivery of photos by myself prevented a montage of my dad from being played during the service, Shane done all he could with very limited time to make this happen. Unfortunately it was too late but this was by no means the fault of Shane who was even willing to purchase a TV to make the montage possible. In the end he worked with Colney Wood to create a beautiful tribute to my Dad and provided us with the montage on a USB played alongside one of my Dads favourite songs which is a final treasured memory of my dad.All the little details both visual and hidden by Shane and his team meant so much, the dignity and respect to us all, the information given to ensure a deeply personal service, the communication and organisation of all services and the celebrant, the order of services, the care of my Dad, we cannot thank Shane and his team enough.One final detail is the cost. The worry of the cost of paying for a funeral is overwhelming, but Shane provided a top rate service at a fraction of a price compared to other funeral directors making the financial burden less daunting and affordable.I cannot recommend Shane and his team more highly. As much as we don't want to need his services, you can guarantee that in myself and my family, he has customers for life.

Shayne recently organised the funeral arrangements for my dad and we couldn't recommend him more highly. He runs a 24 hour family business so that at any time of day you can get in touch with him, Emma, Harry or his office staff. Shayne is efficient and organised, but also so sensitive and caring that he made a very difficult experience as agreeable as it could possibly be. He also enabled all the payments (flowers, wake, charity contributions etc.) to be on one invoice which was, for us, a weight taken off our shoulders at such a difficult time. Posting on behalf of my mum...Shayne was very friendly and helpful during an awful time, he made the whole process as stress free as possible and went above and beyond to help arrange a direct cremation. My mum was very grateful for all that he done and he made the whole family feel at ease. Would highly recommend. Thanks again.

Recently losing my father is the hardest things ive ever had to face,But Shayne and his family have been so outstanding, its like they were part of the family, hard to explain, We haven't had to worry about nothing, they have been so companionate and helpful, and VERY VERY Professional, I can only thank them so many times for (caring) and doing their job.Thank to Shayne Stork and his family for being so brilliant....
