Alan conducted our grandad’s funeral at the crematorium in 2020.Alan is a wonderful speaker and storyteller; he made the service incredibly personable and delivered memories with love and compassion.Obviously given the nature of Alan’s work it’s difficult to convey hope at seeing him again but if there were to be any further family committals, I would not hesitate to enlist Alan’s services.100% recommended.

We had Alans services for my fathers funeral. Alan was attentive from the start. During a video call (lockdown) Alan was very professional, friendly and an absolute star, he helped us relive memories, and even managed to cast back to times that may have otherwise been forgotten. We contacted Alan when our Mum died after a short illness last year. We were all so shell-shocked by the sudden loss that we didn't know where to start arranging her funeral. Alan kept us informed throughout the whole process, he has such a lovely caring nature that put us at ease immediately and a sense of humour that brought a light into our darkness. He will never know just how much we appreciate him for all the work he put into our Mum's ceremony.

We recently had to say a very sad farewell to our younger family member after a quick terminal illness and we contacted Alan who supported us in giving her the best send off we could have ever wished for. Right from the start his professionalism, compassion, and customer care both for us and our deceased Petra was second to none. He captured her whole being and although we dreaded the day we said our farewell, Alan delivered our messages, poems and stories in such a heart felt and lifting way. We cried, we laughed, we giggled, we sighed but each and everyone one of us came away with a great feeling of enlightenment and comfort and that was down to Alans delivery of our service. Would recommend Alan to everyoneA hundred thousand million thank yous for the beautiful service for my uncle today. Even through the tears you still made his son and brother smile along with the rest of us. Alan paid great detail in my grandad's story and the tribute was heart warming, sensitive and humourous.My grandad always looked at the positives in life. He was a joker, full of whit and drove to make people smile. Alan captured this and made everyone relaxed and happy during a very sad time.Alan was also very patient and did many alterations to ensure the whole process was perfect for my family.Thanks you ❤️ you made us all smile on one of our saddest days.
