After being in an accident yesterday evening and having her frames bent, she found that other opticians in the city center weren't willing to help her. The helpful ones in the end were Murrays. The woman I talked to on the phone was fabulous. What kind, caring and professional staff. Twenty out of ten, so thankful!!

Drove 40 minutes to take my daughter to her 10.25am appointment and whilst I was standing, registering myself at reception, my phone rang…. It was another member of staff in the same shop, telling me that my appointment had been cancelled due to staff illness. How inconsiderate and unprofessional. Thank goodness I wasn’t an elderly person who had paid for a taxi - there was no real apology and total lack of empathy. I won’t be coming back.
