Excellent service and product. Purchased Citroën C4 Picasso and Valentino was helpful, straight and honest. Very small fault (indicator) was sorted without any fuss. Haggled a slightly lower price when we purchased car. Our son and ourselves were very happy with the service and car. Would buy again and highly recommend Valentino motors. Buy with confidence.

I have had to report the salesman to the police for verbal abuse and aggressive behaviour and has refused to cooperate with me. He won’t give me my full refund within 30 days under the consumer rights act or carry out repairs under 3 month warranty. I was patient and gave him enough time. Save yourself a nightmare and DON’T BOTHER TO BUY FROM VALENTINO MOTORS LTD. The car he sold me is full of faults and not safe to drive since second day. I took the car to another garage and they found cut wires under the steering wheel, faulty gearbox, suspension problems amongst other issues. Already reported to Trading Standards and will likely take court action. He should be ashamed of himself as a so called businessman who abuses customers and puts lives in danger!!

Sold me broken car for 3 thousand, he said it was sound and functional. Turbo had to be changed, engine was misfiring it was eating 1l of oil every week, water pump had to be change. When I addressed to him he blocked me until he accepted to give me some of the money back. Although it states there is a 30 day refund policy he only provided me with 2 thousand. No good at all as he does dodgy MOT certificate for all of his cars.

Really happy with the purchase of my Lexus ct200 car was priced well & Valentino is a very friendly honestly man. Made the whole experience really pleasurable. Thanks again

Very bad. DO NOT BUY CAR HERE. Valentino is a scammer. He sold the car that is already faulty. Next day car already had a lot of problems. This is 2023, listen to me, Valentino is a scammer

Very happy love my car, had a couple of minor problems with the car...he ordered the parts needed and had them delivered straight to me and then even drove the almost 100 miles to help me fit the parts. Dealt with my stressing with manors and kindness. Would 100% use him again and his son who did the drive with him will be an amazing addiction to his business as he gets older, well mannered and happy to help.

I would like to share my feedback regarding my car that i bought from Valentino ( Mercedes c class 2014). I bought my car recently from Valentino, their service is the best of the best in the market or let me say in Uk! Valentino was so friendly and honest with me, and i got minor issues with my car. He told me to bring it back to him, and he went with me step by step to sort them out and make me feel happy . I had many problems with other dealers regarding my previous vehicles ( van and car), but this man is amazing ! I highly recommend him. You can close your eyes and trust him with everything. Again and again, I recommend him

Valentino is top man. He made me a discount to help me with buying a car that meets my budget and was in constant contact with me keeping me updated on the car. As I was buying for first time I had lots of questions that he answered patiently and made the whole process stress free.
