The team are so professional and friendly. Always welcoming and helpful. I had a problem with my glasses today and Michael fixed them immediately at no charge.I couldn't recommend them enough.

As a family of 4 who all wear glasses, including two young children under 5, we are so lucky to have Opticare as our opticians. The service is excellent and the range of glasses available is fantastic. They are great with our children too, who aren't always the easiest of customers as they very much like to do their own thing!

Delighted with the service, the team and the products at Opticare! I got gorgeous new glasses, reasonably priced, plus contacts, after a great in depth appointment. Every accommodation was made to make sure I was happy with my new glasses and contacts.

On recommendation of my doctor I attended Opticare for a pears appointment. Michael took a detailed medical history and asked about any visual issues. The examination itself was straight forward and I was left reassured about vision. Was already a client of Opticare and I shall continue using them

My 1st time at this optician and it was so good. I was made to feel really welcome from the moment I entered. The eye test wasn't rushed, and I felt it was thorough enough to get the glasses I needed. I made a 2nd appt to choose my glasses and once again it was great. Marie the receptionist was so helpful, her advice was great and I had enough time to try as many on as I wanted. I'll definitely be back, the service was outstanding.

I have been with Opticare Crumlin two years now and I am so delighted I decided to become a Client of theirs. After being with several other Opticians over my lifetime they rate the best.Their professionalism and courtesy of staff are exemplary. A friendly practice for all the family.The range of product includes state of the art designs.After purchase care is also something I hadn't experienced before with other Opticians but Opticare came tops on this too.I can't praise them enough. So why don't you SEE for yourself and give them a try next time. You will not be disappointed.

I first went to Opticare around 6 years ago, after I moved back to NI following a long period overseas. Even though I was only at home for a year, I still take the opportunity when visiting to go here for my eye checks and new glasses. They provide exceptionally friendly and efficient service and always go the extra mile (even posting my glasses overseas). I highly recommend them for their great professional service whilst maintaining a family-run, friendly atmosphere!

Very professional and amazing after care! They rang a week later to see if everything was well, one of my pairs where pinching me behind my ears and they offered me to come the next day to get it fixed. Excellent customer service and great choice of glass. Definitely recommend

I've been with Opticare for a couple of years now and couldn't recomend them enough. I recently got new glasses and contacts and have been delighted with results. Michael is a gentleman and extremely professional in the care and attention to detail that he gives his clients. The whole clinic is a great set up and provides an excellent service for the local community. Thanks again!
