Fantastic! I’ve now been buying coffee beans from the house of coffee for around 6 months. This being the first review I have ever written, it’s safe to say I am highly impressed by the product and customer service received by this wonderful company.I placed my latest order 5 days ago to arrive 2nd class a couple of days later. After not receiving my order the day after it was due, which was the first time I had experienced this, I contacted the house of coffee to query my purchase. I was greeted with a very helpful and apologetic member of staff who told me ‘Mr Kenyon, if your order hasn’t arrived tomorrow we will ship you another first class with some additional beans free of charge’. Great. A couple of days went by and I still hadn’t received my fix of this superb product, which others on the market I find very hard to compare. Getting in touch with the shop again, true to their word, they promised a delivery would be made again first class free of charge. The following day, a Saturday afternoon, a man pulled up on a motorbike with my delivery. It was a member of staff from the house of coffee who had specially delivered my order as no first class was available.Such great customer service and brilliant coffee. Highly recommend.

Placed my first order with them online on 21st June. They were happy to take the money there and then, yet there was no indication of when to expect the delivery.I first contacted them about the delivery a week after placing the order thinking that’s enough time for a company that big to send out an email with the expected delivery date. I was informed my order was scheduled for a delivery on the 6th July (2 weeks for ONLY water delivery). This delivery never took place.Emailed the customer service on 8th July and am yet to receive a response to that.Called customer service on 13th July for an update. The only time I got lucky is the person who dealt with my query, got me a new delivery date and made sure my account manager was going to contact meAccount manager called me the day after to offer an apologise and place the full blame on the depot. Supposedly the depot weren’t sure if the water was the only thing to be delivered. … that’s what’s on the order right?!?!After much complaining and back to forth, account manager confirmed order will Be with me on 21st July and she was willing to refund money for 1 of the 3 bottles I ordered.It is now the 24th July. There’s still no delivery. I have emailed the account manager and requested a call back to solve this for once and for all and I’ve called customer service to get a call back from said account manager. Well, no surprises there, no water and no call back.She did very kindly via email let me know that she’s spoken with the depot who are apparently having technical difficulties and this is didn’t pick up my order.At this point, this isn’t really good enough. Yet she didn’t feel a courtesy call with a solution was necessary even at this point. She has previously said that my post code area only gets deliveries every 8 weeks. I’m guessing they fully expect me to sit tight for another 8 weeks and keep my fingers crossed that this time all the stars align and systems work, and nobody is on annual leave and they have lorry drivers who are actually capable of fulfilling the delivery.Stay well clear if you ever expect a deliver to actually arrive and don’t just want to waste money that they have no problem or collecting!

Caledonian have been looking after our machine for 8 years , never let us down . Breakdown yesterday was sorted within 2 hrs, thanks guys.

We called Scott for an emergency call out and he was a superstar. Very polite, professional and prompt. He had our machine up and working in record time and talked us through the entire process. Will 100% be using him again and I'd recommend him to anyone that needs service or repairs.

Friendly advice and great coffee, just the right distance from Cambridge so I feel I earned a cup after I cycled there and back.
