We love our shutters, excellent recommendation and advice on colours, Andrew fitted them perfectly, they really finished off the room.We’ve also had our blinds for 12 years now and they still look as good as they did on the first day. Wonderful service and amazing choice.

I had a really bad customer experience with this company. The lady in the shop was treating me in a way that she was trying to get rid of me quickly. She was really keen to let me know they do not have any availability before Christmas, and when I was calmly asking her about the new year she was again treated me very badly. She was not very keen to understand my needs and timeline, not even offering any help to find out what would fit the best for me. Honestly with this level of customer service I would never go back there. As a contrast, after this I went to Muswell Hill to visit a similar curtain shop at Fostis Road and I had an excellent customer experience there. Even though the lady was helping another customer when we arrived she had time to discuss my needs, timeline and requirement and gave me a quote online later on as we agreed. Just because you are busy it does not mean you have to be completely rude, impatient and unfriendly with customers. Very bad experience.

Deans Blinds is one of the oldest and most reputable companies in the sector. Our house in Chelsea has tradition awnings that were supplied by Deans Blinds some 20 years ago. They fixed the issue in an efficient and professional manner. They are my first call because of their quality of product and excellent level of customer service.

I was thinking about a personalised Marquee for my business for a while and even though it is quite costly it is soooo worth it. I'm super impressed with event branding. I had question after question after question and they always answer every single one. Even when the final design was done I was still tweeking little bits which they where more than happy to change.I have now used it and it looks fantastic and I had many many compliments on it. Over priced and didn’t receive what we asked for in the kitchen. The pleated blinds are poor quality. Very disappointed with the outcome

We first visited Fresh Ideas in September looking for curtains and track fittings for our three bedrooms. We knew what colourways we were looking for, but were not sure about fabric design or which type of poles/track to go for.Jacqui couldn’t have been more helpful or patient (it took us several trips to make up our minds!). She helped us source a fabric from one of their suppliers which we had seen but which wasn’t in any of the fabric swatch books. She advised us that there would be a two-month wait as the fabric was not currently in stock, and also advised on the different types of curtain headings and suitable poles or tracks.We were now ready to place our order for single pinched pleat curtains and Silent Gliss poles. Cristina, who was extremely efficient and friendly, came round soon after to measure our windows. Two weeks later Gareth came to install our poles, returning at the end of October to fit our first two pairs of curtains which he hung with great care and attention to detail. To our surprise and delight our 3rd set of curtains was ready a few weeks earlier than expected, and were again carefully fitted by Gareth.We were absolutely delighted with the choice of fabrics, the curtains, the service and the customer care provided by Fresh Ideas, and are pleased to be able to recommend them to anyone looking for a truly professional curtain making and fitting service.
