Sasha was super helpful in sorting us out the awning we wanted for our camper. It was a last minute decision as we were passing through Devon and came across his business.Although their warehouse is not customer facing, he accommodated us on a Saturday (during the bank holiday weekend) when they weren't typically open, to measure up our awning rails (to make sure we had the right drive away set-up).He showed us around, even gave us some eggs from his Chickens!It was a great experience, and best of all he beat the best price we could find for the awning.Really great service, glad we stumbled across Camper Essentials and looking forward to dealing with them again in the future!

Ordered over the weekend. Arrived Tuesday afternoon. Fitted after work Tuesday evening. Ready 3 days early for the weekend.UPDATE - really pleased I got the interchangeable rail. Got to the camp site and had to park the van the other way round. Not an issue, 4 bolts later and the rail was on the other side. Problem solved.

I bought a pair of Vango storm straps for my caravan awning. I’d had a lot of difficulty in finding the right size side release buckles. I ordered what I thought were the right size from Camper Essentials with my fingers crossed that they would fit. The day after placing the order, I received a phone call from them. The guy was very helpful, explaining that there were different sizes; after a few questions he said that they would fit. My straps arrived and they fit perfectly, thanks for great service. Fantastic quality awning rail for Mercedes Vito Gen II, everything needed to fit supplied in the kit, exceptional concise fitting instructions, it took me about 3 hours to fit but that was taking my time.Great personal service from Ash, it’s great to be able to speak with someone who can explain your requirements in detail.

I bought the 260cm awning rail for my T6. The rail is very well made and fits perfectly underneath the popup roof. Easy to install with basic DIY skills. I also bought an awning at a great price.I live in Jersey and Sacha removed the VAT at source. He went the extra mile to arrange shipping and provided all the necessary documents required for importation to Jersey. Great customer service so thanks to all the team at Camper Essentials.
