Top service from start to finish. Peter came and explained everything then once we had given the go ahead, came to fit the awning. He forgot the wind sensor, but came back to fit it today. If you are in the market for an awning, give Alcas a call, you won't be disappointed.

Very good service from start to finish. Peter was very helpful with suggestions and information when we were deciding what sort of installation we required. He was able to provide a set up that fitted in with our building and our requirements, which other suppliers could not do. The price was competitive. Peter kept us informed about progress of our order and installation. On installation day the team turned up promptly, worked efficiently and tidily and had the awning up and operating very swiftly. We are delighted with how it looks, works and fits in with our house.

From start to finish Peter has been amazing! The communication has been excellent all the way through! We ordered in April and were told mid June for fitting. We were contacted on15th June and it was fitted 2 days later. We absolutely love it…..! The awning has transformed our back garden! Just had new awning fitted. What an efficient outfit Alcas are! Good advice on type of awning, accessories and colours. As I live on my own this was especially welcome. Arrived to day on time. Peter and his colleague fitted the awning efficiently with little fuss. Although the controls are simple Peter still went through them clearly. Highly recommended.

Last summer Peter Kenny of Alcas Patio Awnings fitted me a large awning with lights and heaters. The quality of all the equipment is excellent and looks very impressive. There is a huge selection of fabric styles but I managed to find the perfect one. Peter was efficient and professional, making sure every detail was perfect. Peter provided a friendly, prompt and efficient service from our first enquiry to completion of the installation of our awning. After initial quote he visited to discuss further and talk us through the options for both the unit and fabric etc. Our order was processed promptly and the awning was installed within the timescale promised.The awning looks very good when down albeit at this stage we have not had much opportunity to really try it out. We have a south facing garden and it provides shade for our lounge and dining room, at this point sun is a little low in the sky so only provides limited shade on the patio but I am sure it will be great as the sun gets a little higher in the sky.I would have no hesitation in recommending Alcas and Peter and his team.
