Having been a very !!late starter to yoga I can honestly say that Ruth has been wonderful and taught me so much. She takes you clearly thorough each yoga pose, quietly correcting if necessary and has made it a joy to do. Thoroughly recommend you to try it.

I’ve practiced with Ruth since she initially qualified as a Yoga teacher and love her sessions both on line and in person. in person classes are restorative but also fun and inclusive - everyone, no matter how long they have been practicing yoga is able to follow the class at the level which is right for them with Ruth providing options for gentle or more intense practice. She gently and quietly corrects when she feels we can improve posture and she joins in our giggles when we hop across our mats as we try to find our balance. I always leave her classes glad that I took the time to do it.Thanks Ruth for enabling me to continue my practice!

Ruth has been the one who made me love yoga so much. She is an experienced instructor with excellent teaching skills. She makes every session a unique experience and offers a variety of sequences, always with differentiations to meet all levels. Since I moved abroad, the online classes have been amazing and very effective and helped me keep up with my practice. Well done UnityYoga Club!

Ruth's yoga classes come highly recommended for all levels. Ruth will guide you through the class and offer options to either challenge yourself or work to your own abilities. There are in person classes or online classes so something for everyone.
