High Street Dental Care

They always try to get you an emergency appointment straight away. I have recently been seen a number of times in an emergency. I usually see William and his dental nurse who are great. However, on the last couple of emergency appointments I’ve been seen by Sima and Nicole. They were so welcoming and reassured me every step of the way. I can’t thank all the staff enough for all their care and attention. I am certainly not an easy patient to deal with. Nervous is an understatement, but they always make me feel at ease.

Had a filling today .I was so nervous I felt I was continually warding off a panic attack.The dentist was adorable and so kind, gave me all the time I needed.I was so surprised I have never known this warmth and genuine care.I felt guilty for being so weird but reassured continually this wasn't the case.

Great personal service, dentist and dental nurse who saw my son and myself were kind and put my son at ease as he had his first injection cannot speak highly enough of this practice

I have been s private patient of Mr Rushworth for several years and always had a great service. Not so with the new dentist, £52 to have my teeth counted, not even the usual scale and polish, and a very long wait for another appointment.I won't be returning.

Just had an emergency appointment with Emma to have a tooth removed that was infected, been in agony for days but really scared of the dentist from a bad experience. I explained I was scared, Emma talked me through my options, was honest about what to expect and made me feel so comfortable. I can honestly say I didn’t feel any pain what so ever. I definitely wouldn’t be scared to go back! The nurse was also so good! Great experience.

For the last few years I have been worrying about a dead and broken front tooth which I was concerned would one day break off completely.My dentist referred me to the implant centre of this practice and despite feeling a little daunted, I decided to go for a Titanium implant to replace my own tooth.I needn't have worried! The team were very calm, professional and caring. The environment is first class, being clean, spacious and welcoming (and importantly for long treatment sessions, the chair is very comfortable!).I felt that nothing was too much trouble and the clinical care was exemplary. My dentist Dimitri and his nurse Rachael were knowledgeable, efficient and inspired confidence at each treatment session, but the whole practice team throughout the process, were helpful, caring and could answer any questions.I can't recommend this practice highly enough.

I have recently received treatment on my previously neglected teeth. I would to send my heartfelt thanks to the two ladies responsible for my oral transformation - Sima and Nicole who I can only laud with praise. Both are friendly, knowledgeable and highly professional, turning out first rate work. Both are a credit to the dental profession and again I send my thanks to the two of you.

Came here for an emergency dental appointment, I can honestly say this is the best dentist i’ve been to. Staff are excellent. Coming from Hull, the journey is honestly worth it. Also a special mention to Loannis Stergio, a phenomenal Orthodontist, very professional, explains the process and makes you feel at ease. Great work guys!

I just wanted to thank Emma, and the dental nurse in attendance, for showing me such kindness and patience at my recent appointment to have 2 teeth extracted, an appointment that I had been dreading for weeks. I was made to feel as comfortable as was possible in such a situation, my fears (I was a complete baby!!) were discussed and taken into account and dealt with in a really sympathetic way. When it came to the actual extraction it was quick and completely painless!! Nothing like I thought it would be. I can’t thank Emma enough for how I was treated throughout the whole process.
