Melos is going side ways. First, there prices has increased. I bought some chicken breast. The kg was 5£ and it is increased to 6.5£ . I left them in the fridge for 1 Day it got kinda smiley . After i cooked them there is a weird taste i. In them. An ideal chicken breakfast would stay for up to a week without any change in taste or smell . But they breast comes frozen then defrosted.

A good shop offering a variety of Asian and African food items including biscuits, spices, fresh veg, frozen foods and meat. Green chillis, plantain and other fresh foods are available. It is a bit difficult to find parking spots as the area outside the shop is quite congested.

An extensive range of spices as well as chilli sauces. I experienced the paradox of choice, as I was unable to decide which of the many hot sauces to buy, but the staff were somewhat helpful.

Had a great time with my partner last weekend. In total there was six of us and Minesh. We cooked two main dishes, the first being a chicken based dish and the second being an aubergine dish. We also a salad side dish and some crepes. All were delicious when we dug in at the end :) You are made very welcome with a little starter and a drink. The steps are clearly explained and you are walked through everything. This is more of a group exercise than individually creating your own dishes. I thought the price of the lesson was very reasonable considering you are in there for four hours! I had a great time and really recommend it to anyone with any level of cooking.

MB Masala Bazaar Metro - Perry Barr, Birmingham
We do our regular weekly shopping there. The staff are very knowledgeable and are always there to help. The Bangladeshi fruits and vegetables are always well presented and fresh. Would recommend this supermarket to anyone.
