We really appreciated the initial advice and professionalism shown by Trelawney to make sure we were fitting the correct alarm system in the first place and since install we continue to be really happy with the product and service received. Automation being taken to ridiculous lengths with automated 'reminder' of appointment the day before (nothing scheduled) and engineer turning up unexpectedly. Shame, as he's very nice and competent. Automation not appropriate to this degree in what is supposed to be a service industry.

This is the first time that we have used Trelawney Fire & Security and most certainly will not be the last, the service was first class and professional throughout and supporting a local business is a real bonus too.

The company's annual service visit was a disaster. I will not be using them next year. First scheduled visit the engineer did not turn up, second time he was two hours late with no word of apology. The company also charged me four times the price I could buy the replacement batteries for. Extortionate.

Have used this company for many years for the annual maintenance of my alarm. They are always very professional. Will continue to use them.
