Welcomed and seen on time. At every stage of my appointment each member of staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Good people delivering excellent service with confidence. Truly appreciated, thank you all.

I was booked a appointment for a trial contact lens I went to my appointment I was asked to take a seat where the two staff was talking and I could here that they never ordered my lenses after waiting I was told that they were sorry but my lenses didn't arrive, so I said that the didn't order them the said well yes they didn't. It was a waist of my time and petrol money (which is not cheep now )I think this is very bad service and the staff should be trained better .I will not be going back nor will my husband not happy at all

Service is nice but they ignore phone calls.

Walked in as had lost a nose pad, Charlotte was extremely helpful & replaced them both. I asked about the cost & she very kindly said nothing" that was extremely nice of her :)"

George saved my life! I've had my glasses for too many years to remember,my one and only pair snapped right on the bridge. There was no way to repair them. As a temporary measure and within 10 minutes,George pit my lenses into a temporary pair meaning I could see again! Another very well known optician didn't even return my call after leaving a message,so vision express will always be my no 1 choice.

I found my experience at this branch to be excellent. The staff were all were so professional and yet so friendly and caring giving you personal attention. Many thanks to Michaela , George, Danyaal, Jess and Charlotte for all your help.

Initial appointment lady spoke to fast, impersonable. 2nd guy re fitting and deciding glass impersonable no substance to find out what I needed from my new glasses. 1st pair arrived blurry why trying on and recommend to try for a week. Glass made me feel sick and long distance was not defined at all. DisappointingSecond visit. Locolm in great service to get lenses right. George the manager superb service with assisting the right glasses frame to ensure not touching my cheek. Had fun doing this ended up with kids glasses. Mentioned blue tint for computer use as no upscale, and George put through for a quick collection as leaving Bristol in under 6 days. Recommendations as follows, training required on how to deliver excellent customer service. Put staff in customers shoes, don't treat customers as numbers , professional attitudes go along way,
