Wot a joke.Couldn't get through to them at 8am so had to call 111. Was advised I needed to speak with a doctor urgently and 111 made a phone appointment with them for between 9 50 and 10am.They eventually rang at 10.30 from another practice wot is the point

It took 2 weeks to get an appointment for test results. On the day of the appointment, I was told to way the entire day by my phone for a call from the doctor. I waited from 8am to 17.30 and gave up... I decided to go for a shower... I came out of the bathroom and saw a missed call at 17.44... I called back the next day, they told me to call back in 3 days to try to get another appointment. It will be1 month after I took the test...

You never see the same Doctor twice. Even in an emergency you cannot speak to the Medic you saw the day before.

The doctors here are lovely but at least 70% of the reception staff are incredibly rude, aggressive and abrupt.I understand it may be early but you chose this job. At least have some basic manners when dealing with ill people. I’m tired too but I spoke to you nicely only to be met with an attitude

Terrible service! I called at 7:57,58,59 am (closed) which is understandable as every time I call they say you have to call at 8:00am.I called at 8:00 am and already the recording playing that we are extremely busy. Unbelievable as I have been calling since years ago and the same story. I called them 27 times and couldn't get reach of them. I called again during my break time as I was at work after waiting in the queue the receptionist told me it's impossible to get an appointment because it is too late , you have to call tomorrow at 8:00 am. I said I am pretty sure it will be like today. She said you call 111.I suggest an investigation because I don't believe that they are busy at that extent. I know many people who went there and it was empty. I am not getting any service or help from them. The only service I get is that they send me messages informing me that they are closed for a leak or something not working in their surgery. Unfortunately there is no zero to rate them.

Most useless GP! To get appointment its a mission mostly impossible, to wait on the line for age's receptionist can be extremely rood . To be honest i wouldn't be even bother to become new patient because you will regret. 100%

Terrible service terrible staff no parking and the receptionist was so cold and so unhelpful didn't even want to help out in finding a place, people want to come there cz they are in pain not coz they have nothing else to do, and you have to run around like mad people trying yo find parking.

How do you get an appointment with these doctors.Today is my third attempt at getting an appointment only to be told all the appointments have been booked for today

Stay away from this practice. They doctors are never available when you need them. The receptionist won’t bother to ask for information before telling you to call back at a given time. When you call at the time they have you, they are either not open, no one available to pick your call or someone picked and asked you to call back at another time.
