Always had great service until today. Trying to get and asthma review appointment is ridiculous! Now done over the phone, pointless and explanation given was, “things change”. Certainly not for the better I might add.

Lovely receptionist staff, especially Lauren. Nurse Caroline has been fab with me for years and now also my children. Also Dr Akram is a fantastic doctor! Always able to call on the day and get a call back and opportunity for face to face appointment that day. I’ve been here 25 years and like many surgeries, the odd doctor isn’t helpful but in general great.

Dr Lulsegged is amazing! He is very knowledgeable and has a holistic approach. He treated my sister for her adrenal problem and she is very well now.Strongly recommend him...

Although they are busy & had a long wait on 1st visit, we had to return twice for dressing to be changed & wounds checked we received great care & all staff helpful & caring, whilst working understaffed & under pressure

Ok but it is very dirty. Get a GP in another practice if possible!

Always a pleasure to catch up with Charlotte and since going to her on a regular basis my feet are in really good shape! She is the best!

In all of my many years dealing with this practice I have had nothing but appalling care. My last experience being by far the worst with numerous failings across the board. Doctors and the practice manager fail to follow through on complaints and on call backs as promised. They constantly contradict medical advice given by NHS online and 111. When I discussed side effects of anti-depressants I was completely belittled by a male doctor he added if you feel brave enough come off the medication". This was against NHS online advice

I met Robert when I asked for his help to try improve my mothers hearing. My mother suffers from dementia so this was not an easy task. Robert tackled this request with enthusiasm, professionalism and treated my mother with the upmost care and respect during this process. I second that Robert is interested in getting only the best outcome he can for the client. Sadly following a trial of equipment, it was decided that she would not benefit. Even so, Robert still took the time to clean, advise and improve the aid already in place. He is a real gentleman and offers true unbiased advise and a genuine no obligation opinion. I would highly recommend him.

Dr Fred Ushakov was amazing for us. As our baby was not cooperative enough, he advised to wait 30 mins and then do another scan attempt. He wanted to check everything so we ended up 1,5 hour in the Clinic but was worth it and the quality of the scan is the best.

Went so me and my wife could get forms to change doctors as our regular ones do not give us the best care so am changing
