We've been very impressed with JT flooring! Initially we made the mistake of heading to large local chain carpet stores and not being happy with the experience. We found the selection and quality poor and delivery times were weeks+ with them.Then I popped into JT flooring and was so impressed. The selection was excellent- much better than anywhere else we'd tried. The service was also second to none. Very helpful and not in the least bit pushy as we'd experienced elsewhere. Our carpet was delivered in less than 24 hours and we love the look and quality for the excellent price. We have had many compliments on it already and it's only been down a week! Very happy and will be going to JT first in future!

From first going into the shop and inquiring about a stair carpet the service I received was first class.I was called when the ordered carpet had arrived and offered a fitting date and time.The carpet fitter called on the day to say he was on his way.The fitting went perfectly and carpet looks great.Many thanks would highly recommend JT Flooring.ThanksChristine Harris

Just used JT Flooring for the 2nd time & have to say they are excellent all round. The women in the shop are very helpful & Terry, the fitter, did a great job. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Baffled to say the least: they came to measure, we chose the flooring, went back to get the quote and we are still waiting for them after 4 months. Maybe they don't need the money....
