Absolutely awful customer service. Your store manager (red hair & glasses) had zero interpersonal skills or customer service.Props to the young girl who served me originally, lovely manner and much more professional than the manager.Perhaps check your card machine is working efficiently before speaking so rudely to customers and insisting their card isn't working.Card declined 4 times, whilst trying to connect to the WiFi to attempt #5, the card machine was snatched out of the girls hand by the manager and she snapped at me that my card wasn't working.Funnily enough, the next gents card also declined and she rebooted the machine.No apology for the way she spoke to me!Fish finger sandwich isn't worth being spoken to like that.

Cornish Connection Pasty
Great independent cafe in the Redditch Kingfisher Centre.Since it's moved to a bigger area, it's always busy, but there are plenty of tables inside and outside.Great value food, friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. I've been here for breakfast a few times, and it's always fresh and tasty.

What a lovely cafe within the Redditch shopping centre, we discovered it when we visited the cinema a while back. Great value, friendly staff and a nice atmosphere for a cafe. The Cornish pasties are varied and tasty, a medium pasty meal with, beans, chips and and a tea or coffee is only 6.50. A real bargain. Next time we visit, I will take better photographs. Lots of great sauces too.

Had a sausage and bacon sandwichI dunno man to be honest it's not proper cornish like I was hoping for the name has no reference to the food availableCouldn't see a pasty to judgeOther than that food was not too bad just a bit basic for the price

This place is fantastic for lunch or breakfast. Excellent value for money and great variety. The staff are so lovely and attentive. Couldn’t ask for more.

Cornish Connection Pasty
Very poor service & attitude. Popped in for scone/tea. After waiting 20 mins was told scone needs to be cooked & they were extremely busy. There was 3 other people eating then me & my friend!!! 25 out of 28 tables were empty!! Frozen Scones were not cooked but defrosted/warmed up. However still cold/hard when served. Took 53 minutes for our order to arrive...& only us to serve.
