My colleague and I opened our Limited Company in 2006, working as Project Management Consultants and also expanding the use of the company for some Property Management activities too. AMS opened the company for us and have managed our accounts and personal tax affairs since then. This extended to the opening of two other Limited Companies and various other endeavours. After researching for UK tax advisor services, I had several conversations with 'tax advisors', who turned out to actually be wealth managers. They provided tax return and advisory services on a sliding % fee basis, in order to access and invest the funds in question. Alexander & Co we're a refreshing change. For a fixed and fair fee, they rapidly completed and submitted a return for me, which went as smoothly as clockwork. I cannot fault the service at all. As a self employed GP since 2012, I have been using a corporate accountant in Leeds and wish that I had found Mr Zee Shan sooner. He is friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and thoroughly professional. He completed my tax return expediently and with great care. Even though I am now living in Australia, I felt confident that my UK tax affairs were being handled competently.
