Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Weston Favell

Had no issues getting my test and then my glasses sorted out, my daughter had her first eye test a couple months ago and the man that did it was so good with her and explained everything really well. Luckily she fine and doesn’t need glasses but the whole process was a breeze.

When I went first here the staff and the doctors were wonderful however I just went back today and I had to repair the side of glasses as it wasn’t straight anymore anyway the guy took them and said 20 minutes we came back took them the guy that took them didn’t even wanna look at me he was sat in the corner and a women gave them to me when I got home there was a massive straight scratch in the middle of the lens I called back and they told me to come back I went back and there was two women one was tall and they other was wearing a hijab I told them what happened and they said we didn’t do that I said i never had that line in the middle (again a very straight line right in the middle of the lens) they kept saying it’s impossible for them to do it so I asked why did you ask me to come back she said to look at them. As I was going out the store they both started to laugh. The problem is they didn’t even give a solution on how to fix them or what they could do even if they would of said a price I wouldn’t of minded it’s the fact on how rude it was. Horrible experience by these three people.

I cannot sing Specsavers praises enough, they always address any issues I have, the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The tests are so much better and easier than Vision Express, the machine they blow air into ur eye use to stress me out and I'd have to do it 10 times before they would let me leave, the one at specsavers if nothing like it, its easy and u don't feel a thing. I'm so glad I come here I will never look back!!

Brilliant service thanks to the young lad that helped me sort out my new glasses. No pressure at all for me to choose expensive lenses or anything. Looking forward to collecting my glasses in 2 weeks

I am 100% happy with my new glasses. What with having my cataract removed after so many years and paired up with new glasses. It is wonderful to see my surroundings in all its natual focus again. Many thanks to my optician who made it all possible. Also many thanks to the support staff for their kindness and assistance. Excellent staff.Found my issue with my eye and referred me to hospital. New glasses ordered and received.

A great experience and fantastic customer service for my well overdue checkup. The young ladies at reception/dispensers were polite and concise and the whole appointment was well coordinated from start to finish. The optometrist who performed my examination was very friendly, understanding and took her time. I didn't feel rushed. I was in and out within 45minutes which included the optional scan.

Had been struggling with my last prescription but the Optometrist was brilliant and listened to everything I said. The result is I now have two pairs (they were BOGOF) of glasses that are a great improvement

My husband and I had a sight test & chose new spectacles recently. The opticians were very good & informative as usual.I must, however, praise the young man (John) who helped to fit our glasses. We both found him extremely knowledgeable, helpful & cheerful. Couldn't fault him. Weston Favell branch are lucky to have him!
