We phoned for a skip soon friday and they dropped it off we phoned monday and the girls in the office said no problem well collect it but with present situation they were taking a couple of days to collect. But saying that it was collected that afternoon my mrs than phoned because they had forgot to return her deposit and the man on the phone apologized and said he would get it out either that night or first thing and true to his word first thing Tuesday the deposit was returned the staff are friendly and polite and they go out there way to help you.

I work at ccc as a driver Good company to work for. All the lads are helpful to new drivers. Management team are helpful. And polite . There is two dept the tippers. And then the skips. But all the same get treated the same

Same here would not allow me to give this company a 0 or even a -0. Properly one of the most disrespectful and disgusting attitudes I have ever come across no customer service what so ever. Also one one the most expensive companies we only used them as are regular skip person had no skips. I have waited almost a week for the skip to be picked up with me constantly ring them everyday. STAY WELL AWAY from this skip hire company.

Typical cowboy outfit , health and safety on site does not exist and the whole place looks like a swamp. Be prepared for a LONG wait when coming here to tip.

When they came to take the skip we got charged £48 overload fee which I've never been charged with another skip company in all the numerous times I've had them in the past. Driver told me it was a dangerous" load yet when I paid the fee he had no issue in taking the skip without removing anything. Joke of a company... go elsewhere unless you want to be ripped off"

1 star is too much! No concept of customer service. Arranged delivery between 8-10, nothing had turned up by 12, phoned to complain as had wasted all morning waiting in for them and had to leave for work. No apology, just an ignorant answer of you'll have to wait for it. Avoid at all cost!

Company is a shambles wouldn't order materials from here as a former employee they mix there 6F2 crushed brick with dirty soil and fines as I usied to load them myself and I'd check the weights on loads if you do order as they add weight to there wagons while on the weigh bridge so you won't recieve the amount you have payed for this company is just out to rip people off be careful don't waste you time or money!!!!

I only gave them 1 star because it wouldn't let me give them 0. Disgraceful company. Took 10 days of me ringing constantly to pick up the skip. Then within 24 hrs they'd deposited items they deemed to be asbestos (fair enough if it is and they can't take it, I wouldn't know how to identify the stuff) in my front right outside the front door. My children got out of the car and were standing on it. Apparently it's too dangerous for them to dispose of but not too dangerous for them to dump, unbagged where children are. I'll never use them again, they were more expensive than the other companies and the service was abysmal.
