Didn’t actually end up buying a Duster from Jake Scholes​ after going back and seeing the below par NCAP safety ratings for the models I was looking at. But to give credit where it is due, Jake was very knowledgeable about the cars and easy to build a rapport with. Maybe if the Dusters get better ratings in the future and Jake isn’t an Area Manager by then, we’ll swing by again!

This, I believe, is my fourth Dacia Sandero Stepway. I find them a very good, reliable, and cost-effective car. I have used several Dacia dealerships around the country over the years as I have moved location and have always been provided with a great and professional service. On this occasion it was Hendy Dacia, Brighton. On entering the show room, I was met by Ella, I explained that I was not sure if it was quite the right time for me to change my car, but I wanted to talk through the potential options. Ella was great at taking the time to explain the possible options and providing me with all the information I needed but without just trying to sell me a new car. A few days later after digesting all the information I returned to the showroom, again I spoke to Ella who answered all the additional questions I had before I purchased my new Dacia Sandero Stepway. From this moment until I drove my new car off the forecourt, Ella always kept me informed and answered any questions I had. A very professional service was provided by Ella and the rest of the Dacia team in Brighton, thank you.

Amazing experience.Visited a couple of times to look at a car for motorbility. We met with George who was great from the outset. Went through everything with us on our first visit is a clear, concise way. No pressure felt at all. He gave us all the information we needed and let us make an informed decision.We arranged a test drive of the vehicle we were interested in and George came in on his day off to facilitate this (an extremely kind thing to do in our opinion) and again went through everything with us clearly.On both occasions George was kind, accommodating and informative. At no time did we feel pressured to make a decision. He was clearly all about giving us everything we needed to make a decision we wanted. Something from experience is rare when looking at new cars.Highly recommend having a visit here if you are looking for a new car.

Chris Barnett has been extremely helpful since placing our order for a new vehicle, there has been some supply line issues but Chris has given us recompense in allowing us to use a Dacia Duster until the new arrives, we can't ask for anymore, 100% recommended.

Chris was super helpful and got me a test drive with vehicle that I was interested and even offered to pick me up for it. I was able to drive the car that week and Happy to go with Hendy for my new car!
