A CAR GARAGE YOU CAN TRUST !!!So I’ve just bought a used car from this garage, and from start to finish the service was amazing. I traded in my vehicle against one they was selling.3 days after owning the vehicle, unfortunately I had some issues with the car. The clutch had gone and I had broken down, But because I had 3 months Warrenty with the car (as standard). Emanuel collected my vehicle and gave me one of there vehicles to borrow until mine was fixed,This was not the garages fault as everything was fine when the car was sold to me, it just happened to go at that time. It’s one of those things.I went down the garage for an update today 19th sep and he showed me the car with the mechanic and explained what had gone wrong, all the work will be carried out today and then delivered back to my home address tomorrow afternoon.I cannot rate this garage high enough ! The owner (Emanuel) thankyou so so much! I will definitely be back again when I have savings to get my Audi from you! I would recommend you to anyone that’s ever looking for a used vehicle in a heartbeat.Such a genuine down to earth TRUSTWORTHY guy who can’t do enough to help you,Thanks again - Chris dransfield

If you are looking to buy a car with excellent customer service this is the place to go. Firstly they went above and beyond to make the transaction simple and quick, but the importance is what happens if something goes wrong. This is where they excelled and took complete ownership of the problem where many others would have dismissed it. That is to me what makes the difference between just a transaction and a rewarding customer experience.
