Bought a new Dacia Duster here, and Richard made it a seamless experience. Had the vehicle ready when I was available to collect and showed me round, ensuring I was satisfied with its condition and functions. Good service all round too from the finance manager John.

This is my second Dacia and I love them. Had the Duster for 3 years and now have a Stepway which i picked up yesterday .Naweed was just the best - he called me on Saturday evening to say that my car had arrived, signed the paperwork on Monday and picked up yesterday.Naweed is such a great guy , so friendly and made my experience amazing right from the purchase to picking up my carThank you NaweedSutton Park don`t lose him xx

Wonderful service ! Bought my Dacia last year from Ricardo. Unfortunately my car was written off on the M25. Popped in on a Wednesday to see if there was a car I could buy for the insurance settlement. Same car, same specs, different colour was found and bought on the Saturday. Ricardo was sympathetic, understanding and had the car all ready for me to pick up. No hard sell and no unnecessary extras. Highly recommend!

The girl /woman who dealt with me was very good she did everything to make my experience at Parks a good one very polite and knew what she was talking about I have to go back and get a clutch master cylinder replaced and she explained everything so I could understand it all you have an excellent employee there as I have no doubt they all are as they all seem to be happy and polite in their work

Car ordered arrived much earlier than expected, so they stored it away for me. I then changed my mind and asked for a higher spec model, which they offered to me. They were able to discount the price for me. Car was provided with a full tank of fuel, which I'm still using. The sales staff were friendly and helpful, especially Andy North and Brendan.

Went in on the off chance, as I was in positive equity on my current car and was looking at a Jogger. I was greeted by Matt who looked after me and I ended up getting the car I wanted. He was such a pleasant guy, we had a conversation about lorries and I only found out he was a work colleagues son from our Stena Line days, small world.That aside I found Matt to be helpful and went out of his way to cater to my needs, he has been quick to answer emails and has sent me emails communicating the progress of my order.
