Wonderful service ! Bought my Dacia last year from Ricardo. Unfortunately my car was written off on the M25. Popped in on a Wednesday to see if there was a car I could buy for the insurance settlement. Same car, same specs, different colour was found and bought on the Saturday. Ricardo was sympathetic, understanding and had the car all ready for me to pick up. No hard sell and no unnecessary extras. Highly recommend!

I have dealt with Hendy's for many years, but this was my first experience with the Horley branch. My experience has always been good, but this was on another level. Ben, the salesman was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and could not have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and his reassuring manner put me completely at ease. I dealt with Ben Teagle at Dacia Horley. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and steered me through the whole process. It was nice to talk with someone who genuinely wanted to make sure my experience was as painless as possible and made it seem like I was talking with a friend.. When I went to pick up my new car he patiently showed me all the necessary functions to be able to drive away.
