Dr Regi and his caring nurse Hazel were fantastic. From the outset Dr Regi told me exactly what to expect and Hazel was so kind, chatty and put me at ease.

Great treatment from start to finish. Initial call for consultation was handled well and appointment booking was easy. Treatment excellent at Newcastle clinic by the lovely Dr Regi and nurse, Hazel. Follow up treatment also a great experience.

From the start to the end of treatment Mark and Hazel [the nurse] have been fantastic. Very professional but with loads of kindness, reassurance and humour. I am amazed at the effectiveness of this wonderful treatment that targets exactly the problem area and sorts it effectively. Mark was very interesting to chat with and discuss the medical procedures. I have just had my follow up appointment at the Vein Centre Newcastle. A good result very professional and caring team. Pleasant environment, feel I should have sorted my legs out a long time ago. I really appreciated the clear pricing and all my questions were answered. Aftercare if needed was available. The procedure was not too painful and the discomfort after did not last too long. I can wholeheartedly recommend and love my 'light legs'. Can now wear shorts on holiday what a win.

I had lumpy, unsightly and very painful varicose veins on my lower left calf which were becoming increasingly more achy.I decided at the beginning of the year that I would inquire about getting them treated.The whole team at The Veincentre in Newcastle were absolutely fantastic from initial appointment, procedure and follow up.The procedure itself was slightly uncomfortable but nothing to worry about , the nurses and Dr Regi make you feel so at ease and are supportive throughout.I have to say it is the best thing I have ever done. My leg is varicose vein free after 8 weeks, no more heaviness or aches and completely smooth. I am now able to wear shorts and dresses without feeling self conscious.Thank you to the whole team once again, you were brilliant.

I visited the Vein Centre in Newcastle with a bulging varicose vein in my lower leg. I saw Dr Regi and his nurse Hazel and everything was explained to me about how the vein could be fixed. My worry was that this could turn into an ulcerated vein as had happened to my mother. Dr Regi explained that I was fine to leave it for longer but I wanted it to be sorted! So we went ahead with the procedure, really not very painful at all and I felt confident that they knew their stuff...I relaxed. I went back for the follow up visit and needed very little doing as the procedure had worked well and I also got some small thread veins dealt with. So now I'm off on my bike with my cycling shorts on, looking good! Thank you Dr Regi and Hazel!

Having had Varicose vein surgery twice previously, I didn't think I would be able to get any help with really itchy aching legs.However after my consultation with Dr David Shaw, he assured me they could be treated.I can honestly say I wish I had done it years ago, all symptoms have vanished.All the staff at the Newcastle Vein Centre were second to none in their professional, friendly approach.Thanks very much for looking after me.
