New Row Dental Practice

I recently moved to the New Row dental practice. I’m so glad I did. I appreciate the text reminders about my appointments and telling me when I’m next due to book.There is alway a warm welcome when you arrive.My dentist is Hamish. He puts me at ease and fully explains my treatments. The dental nurses are fab and always happy to chat.I have never liked going to the dentist but everyone in the practice helps to ease my anxiety.Thank you New Row dental practice.

As a patient who would normally suffer before seing a dentist, this is the place to go. The dental nurses are amazing & will speak to you about any procedure required or talk you through it as its happening! Never missed an appt in 5 yrs now!

Drilled into my root and then said I had to pay for the full treatment for the white filling I wanted. The assistant kept on digging into my throat with the hoover and when I tried to re-book my appointment and asked for the time because the person on the phone had such a shallow voice and kept on asking what, I raised my voice to reitterate over the question and she hung up on me. Worst pratice av been to. Very imcompetant staff. Now looking at new pratices and medical negligence lawyers

Been going to New Row Dental Practice for a number of years now and have nothing but good things to say about it. My whole family attend here and have done since around 2008.Ample parking or easy access via public transport.All staff (and I do mean all) are welcoming, friendly and professional. I have a young son who is always keen to go and see his dentist Joseph"

This is the first appointment I have been able to secure since start of covid and was very nervous. Have always taken great care of my dental health and was looking for advice. Unwelcoming reception, blank stares, uncommunicative dentist who offered no advice and provided no reassurance when I said I was nervous. Dental nurse was the very same. You need to train your staff in customer care. Lots of people coming in your door will be worried, anxious, nervous. Your practice made me feel vulnerable and offered no advice or options. I left with questions needing answered but was clearly not going to get them from your staff. Lack of experience and zero people skills - don’t your staff care about how they are coming across? Not a nice experience and left feeling like a nervous wreck and a burst balloon. Now going to have to book private elsewhere to get the advice I need, hopefully with a caring smile which I definitely didn’t get here. I know staff everywhere are under pressure but just remember your patients are as well.

Myself, husband and children have been attending New Row Dental Practice since 2009. Having attended other dental practices in the past I can say that this practice is modern, clean and has a warm and friendly atmosphere.Normally I attend for check up with my two children, the nurses are great at entertaining the children while I am on the dental chair. When its the kiddies turn both the dentist and nurse make such an effort and make the check ups fun for them.The dental treatment I have received has also been great!I would highly recommend this practice!!

Unprofessional I went for the crown the young dentist had no idea what he was doing kept ok offering me to buy a expensive crown I had it few months but it's still very very sore looking for a new dentist now
