Excellent service. I brought in a pair of Loakes that needed some help breaking in, and they did all that plus cleaning, reconditioning, waxing and new laces... All for free as part of the service.

Morgan really knows his stuff and was a joy to deal with. His service resulted in my classy new Chelsea boots being the best fitting shoes I’ve ever owned and felt like I’d had them years from the first step.I bought some Loake loafers a few years back that I still can’t get on with but they weren’t subect to Morgan’s technical abilities ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

You'll get more wear out of Clarkes.There are better brands with better service. My shoes (RRP £240) started wearing significantly within a couple of weeks. I took in the shoes for repair, they took them and kept me waiting for a repair for 2 months (without any information) before saying the issue was not their fault and they wouldn't do anything.I saw several people registering similar complaints in the times I visited the store for updates (heels coming off, faulty materials). Just save your money. My old Clarkes lasted 8 years, I couldn't get 3 weeks out of a pair of Loakes.
