Waves Car Wash

I have used this service a few times for interior/exterior cleaning which is convienient while doing in store shopping. However i find the interior cleaning to look rather rushed and with obvious areas misssed.My main disappointment is that i left my phone power bank in there which i had noticed a few days later was missing. My own fault for leaving a valuable item in there and didn't raise directly as i would be expected to prove that it was there.Sadly due to lack of trust i will not be using this company again and neither would i recommend them.

The manager/staff was argumentative about my car not being clean and 'too' dirty. I needed an internal and external clean where food got not he back seat, which I had already removed and cleaned but needed something better than what I had at home to finish off. He complained that I didn't disclose this at the beginning when I stated the side of the car needed cleaning and he didn't ask questions. He tried to argue and charge me more when they didn't clean the car properly. After getting the car back, it was not clean. the worse service. strange practise to argue with customers that you didn't say how dirty the car was, when you rush customer, click fingers at them asking for the keys and fail to ask any questions. dont bother going this place.

I have used Waves car wash a number of times and have always been happy with how clean my car looks inside and out. The staff are very friendly and welcoming too.

The worst car wash I paid for in a very very long time! I just paid £35 just for the front window to still be dirty, the inside of the boot has not been wiped down, and to be honest, the whole outside of the car looks like it’s been washed by a ghost! Don’t use these people!

Have always previously found this same crew incredibly friendly and efficient doing the most fabulous job even on my incredibly 'doggy' car. Our experience today was the worst I have experienced. I don't like to write negative reviews but the boss man today was incredibly rude and aggressively informed us that he would charge us more next time because the outside of the car was filthy. It made me not want to go back having had to loiter for 2 hours in any event by this point. Please bear in mind the boot was full so did not need doing and the inside was clean.

Just paid for 2 cars to be cleaned and supposedly auto glym treated. If your considering this don't bother, in fact I wouldn't even have the car cleaned there. Water marks all over, dirty marks still on the roof and bonnet and there was certainly no treatment put on.Terrable clean, the worst I have ever experienced from a car cleaning company. Not only a poor job but conned into the extra fee for a coating treatment that was clearly not applied.
