I use this store regularly, and have been for 6 years as it always has such a great range of products and also a lot of help and advice..some staff have been great in Steam, but I would say the latest employee Lynden is a great asset 2 the company, and if ever Steam needed someone to teach their other staff about customer service and product information i would say he is the man for the job. You always leave feeling like a valued customer. I would highly recommend this store to my friends and family, not only for products, but also the 5 star customer service.

Fantastic shop and my number one for all things vaping! Nice shop layout, large range of different liquids, mods and has great staff. Lynden is fantastic! Very knowledgeable about his products and a very nice guy. Great customer service guaranteed.

I recently decided to stop smoking and came in to ask some advice and to get a vape that was easy to use due to my hands sometimes seizing up. The staff are so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Their knowledge is amazing and I came away with the perfect vape for me.
