Excellent service and invaluable to this couple of digital stragglers. Will dealt with our computer issues efficiently and speedily (and patiently!) and I cannot praise his assistance highly enough.

Brilliant service and helpful, knowledgable staff. My iMac broke down and as it is 7 years old plus I was told that replacements parts would be difficult, if not impossible, to find by the recommended Apple repair agent. Took it to my local repair and 4 days later it is as good as new, everything had been saved and reinstalled. First class service, highly recommended.

My MacBook Air was out of guarantee by six months, so fairly new really, when it completely failed to start. I took it to Will at High St Computers and he cared for it as he would his own. He kept me informed at all times and tried the simple and quick (and less expensive) options before taking further steps to remedy the problem. He made sure to keep to the coronavirus face and space rules, including wiping the machine down with antibacterial wipes and all done with great good humour. I will definitely be contacting Will again as my first option should my tech stuff need attention in the future. Thank you Will.
