Well heard food was being done here opposed to the village round corner but same managers seen number online asked for menu and other questions contact was great all info given.Placed order earlier for collection order taken by female who took payment was straight to point thanks always like a beer whilst waiting collected at 1915.Large mixed grill we had completed it by 1945 between 2 of us what a treat amazing cooked meat complimemted with garlic nan cannot moan about a thing pub mixed grills 100% better than any takeaway thanks The Star as terminator says "Ill Be Back" cheers Gaz

Lovely local pub, Landlord and staff are lovely. Plenty of football, or if you want it quieter, don't go on match days. The Currys and platters are divine, lamb in curries so tender. Nice to have a decent pub with decent people not causing trouble.

Food is amazing! If you are after pish surroundings, go elsewhere, this is a pub, a boozer a local bar, expect pool and darts but don't be put off, great hospitality and food awaits
