DO NOT STAY HERE HAD MONEY STOLEN FROM MY ROOM AND WAS THEN TOLD THAT I WAS LYING ABOUT IT THE MAN ON RECEPTION IS RUDE AND THE PLACE IS DIRTY HAD DOG MESS WALKED IN ALL OVER CARPETS AND WAS LEFT THERE FOR THREE DAYS.I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR YOU TO FIND SOME WHERE ELSE TO STAY!!

Clean spacious room. Though the shower water wasn't very hot Friendly staff . Only problem. Had to walk up two flight's of stairs to our room and the TV reception was bad. (Was rather windy outside ).

It was different than I expected. The room was okay, but the heater was always heating up the room in the middle of the night. So you wake up drenched in sweat while it's cold outside.The breakfast was not really a breakfast and the lounge looked very old and not that clean. There were flies everywhere. The staff at the reception was just one man, I think, because if he was not there nobody was so you had to wait for his shift to ask questions or get help.On one day we even saw a mouse in the hallway... very scaryI was glad when we were leaving the hotel.

Nice hotel, right next to railway station. Not sure if it's direct to London, but would be ideal if it was. Car parking 2 minutes away at a public car park, £5.40 all day.6 minute drive to Chatham historic Dockyard.

This is in strood Not Rochester the room was dirty ( very dirty)Half the lights didn’t work. Shower in need of updating. The area we had to leave the car in was worst than some parts of London. Guy on reception was polite but wasn’t interested ( just a job )Not worth the money stay well clearOh can here the trains most of the night had to have the windows open as very hot and uncomfortable

This is a lovely refurbished clean hotel with spacious comfortable rooms, I stayed for a single night and thought the hotel was great. Large modern tv, clean bathroom and nice complimentary items as a sweet touch. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend if you need to commute to London.

Lovely clean hotel but not as expected. In its listing it seemed like parking was on site yet we ended up parking in a public car park costing us extra, this should be made clearer.Also we had booked breakfast too, one of the things we asked for when our daughter was booking us this as a gift. When we got there was told that due to renovations no breakfast was available, we only booked a few days earlier.i explained that we would have gone elsewhere if we had known this. No good will gesture offered just a 'I've told my manager'.

Room small and in need of a deep clean, bedding marked sweet wrappers and burst balloon under bed, usb ports not working,surfaces grubby, toilet not securely fitted and mould and dust evident throughout and obvious lack of attention to detail. Had to scale three sets of stairs with luggage and over 3 night stay saw member of staff twice. Opposite Train station and railway staff seemed to enjoy regaling us with nonsense over tannoy.

The hotel is just over the bridge, in Strood. The hotel is friendly run, with clean rooms . It is a slight walk into Rochester, but doable.
