I purchased the 'Luxury Dried Tropical Flowers' bouquet as a gift for my Mum for Mothers Day. There was a slight delay in delivery (out of the control of Design by Nature) and the customer service I received from Emily was absolutely fantastic. With regard to the product itself, the bouquet was packaged brilliantly - as damage during transit is a common concern when receiving flowers via post - the flowers were in amazing condition and perfectly pre-arranged so they could be placed directly into the vase! Can't recommend this business enough - will definitely be purchasing again in future.

Design by Nature delivered a dozen bouquets for our wedding, whist also dressing two separate venues from scratch. We loved the result, the flowers were beautiful and Emily was a joy to work with. It was great to have someone we could trust so implicitly.

Emily recently did the floral arrangement for our wedding. Her floral decorations took our breath away. She managed to choose not only the perfect tone of colour for the table flowers but also created a beautiful balance with the leafy autumnal look of the columns and the staircase at the reception venue. Our guests were in awe by the beauty and intimacy of it all. She also created suit buttonholes for us and head piece for the flower girl were delicate and simply stunning.Emily is so easy to work with. She takes time to understand the needs of her clients and offer great service at a competitive price. We are very happy after the wedding and can highly recommend her to others.
